BISSELL CrossWave HydroSteam Plus Steam Cleaner - 3515: Electric Floor Steamer, Pet Hair, LED, 25ft Cord, 828ml Tank

I have an older dog who has been using our kitchen floor as a bathroom lately. I’ve been sick of the constant stress of cleaning up the urine, then having to mop and steam clean, plus cleaning mop pads, and trying to get rid of the smell. I was drawn to this because I have the carpet cleaner equivalent. It’s honestly changed my life. It’s one step to clean up urine, and clean the floor. Yes I still have to clean the machine, which is fairly easy to do. This has taken away all the stress of constantly having to clean the floor, and additionally has saved me hours of work, and physical effort put into the floors. No more lugging buckets of water, no more scrubbing, no more slinging a mop back and forth killing my back. This could not be better.

At first at first, I thought I wasn't going to like this vacuum, but I was wrong after using it a couple times to get the hang of it has left my floor cleaner and then any other I use before itgets up more stuff I couldn't even have imagined was there like I'm like where did all this come from but I hate love relationship because the clean water tank keeps breaking every time I open the nozzle on it to refill it with water the nozzlepart breaks, and the screen around the spring has come on or the parts of the plastic just like fell apart. The seal on it wouldn't stay so now I've boughtlike three new tanks on Amazon and you know fine pop and now my latest tank has begun to leak after using it like just couple handful times so while the vacuum clean the floor really well and I'm impressed with it ability to do so I am disappointed in its water tank, not leaking andstaying in one piece so I do not recommend it because now here I am buying a $350 vacuum and I've had to drop another $60 in buying replacement water tanks in like a year so if you can afford to continue to replacing the last short term, then it is great- I guess

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We have vinyl plank flooring amd a lot of pets. Our new Bissell handles the demand with ease. Everyone that uses it loves it. Our flooring has the bevels between the planks and the Bissell takes care of that extremely well especially with the steam. We are thinking that a larger wider model would cover more ground in less time.

Spent over an hour on the phone with support before the finally agreed that it did not work and authorized a replacement upon return of defective machine. Replacement arrived but steam function does not work that well.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My whole house is tile, and was getting to be hasslle to mop! The bissell crosswalk makes cleaning up so easy! I can go from tile to area rugs with the push of a button! Best investment i have ever made!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] 85% of my floors are waterproof laminate and tile in the bathrooms. The first time I used it I was amazed how good a job it was. Probably the best Bissel I have had over the years. Clean-up was a snap. The only downside is its weight but when running it handled much better.

Wow, what a great tool! My floors haven't been this clean in forever! It's super easy to use and saves so much time! It sucked all the hair that my husky left in the carpet. However, my dogs chewed my lipstick on my carpet a while ago and it didn't remove it all, which I don't think is even possible.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have over 2000 sq ft of hardwood flooring in my home and it's been a challenge keeping it all vacuumed and mopped regularly. I also have 2 dobermans and an aussie that make keeping the floors clean an even bigger challenge since we live in the country and they are constantly tracking mud and debris inside. After my previous floor cleaning machine broke it took me a while of researching what floor cleaners were available and trying to decide which one would be best for my particular needs. I decided to purchase the Bissell Hydrosteam. I've used it twice now since receiving it last week. So far I like the way it cleans the floors and to be honest were quite dirty. It cleaned very well. Some areas I had to go over more than once but again that was due to the floors being dirtier than they normally would be. I was looking forward to also using the hydrosteam on my area rugs as well but for some reason it just wouldn't work on my area rugs. The suction was just strong and then the machine would stop working and the hardfloor and area rug lights would start flashing. At that point I would have to turn the machine off and then turn on again to get it to start working again. I checked that I had the hydrosteam set on the right correct setting but apparently there's an issue with my area rugs. A little disappointing given being able to clean the area rugs was one of the compelling factors as to why I went with the hydrosteam. The vacuum and mopping at the same time definitely makes my floor cleaning easier. The clean cycle is quick and easy after each use. I wish the water tank and waste tank were larger so I wouldn't have to stop so frequently and empty the dirty water tank. However I'm pleased with everything other than not being able to clean my area rugs.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have 5 dogs and a muddy driveway. The dogs drag in dirt. I can sweep and wash at the same time. The Hydrosteam is lightweight and easy to use. I'm disabled it helps me greatly to keep my home clean.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The directions are not very intuitive. Also, the roller left lines on my floor. The roller specific for general cleaning of floors would have been nice to include in the bonus but instead we received two of the ones for sticky clean ups. I do like the clean out feature.

I LOVED this straight out of the box. I loved the idea of mopping without using recycled dirty water. Product worked AMAZING right away, water was really dirty which felt great. Well after maybe 5 times of using, it stopped properly dispensing water and floor did not look visible wet even after multiple passes. I followed all care instructions after each use, and then followed bissells troubleshooting. They told me to return it. So I did. The replacement that came, worked only for FIVE minutes. What the heck?! I can't confidently keep this product work hundred of dollars when 2 that I recieved stopped working so fast. Unfortunately I'll just have to return and not replace. So unfortunate because when it was working, it worked well. I'm not sure why these machines are still out for sale when they have so many problems and bad reviews.
