I am trying to find out the same answer.  The water cooler I currently have does not have hot.  It has room temperature and cold.  I prefer this because I have small children and do not want hot water accessible.

This water cooler has a button for room temp water and one for cold water.

lots of bad ratings on this unit. have had no problems at all. very cold water. easy cleanup easy loading and is quite. 
    they don't check unit before shipping i had to tighten bolts and adjust piping because it would have made noise when running.

Did not explain if it was top load or what and if it was 5 gal. or 3.Other than that everything was good.

The description says it gives hot and cold water,well it doesn't only cold water and room temperature water 😡

I ordered this because of Whirlpool name, expecting quality. After installing the unit per instructions it worked fine for one day and then quit. 
I requested a replacement. When I went to open the replacement it was soaked on the bottom from refrigerant oil. The compressor was no attached to the base.
The product seemed to be well packaged so I suspect bad quality product. 
Two failures and I'm done with this product.

Not the Quality expected

The dispenser was split open at the bottom seam and could not be closed. Also, the condenser was not fastened and floated inside the grill. It was immediately retuned

this unit ran continuously for 24 hrs and never cooled beyond tap water temp.
