We had a very nice stay, even though it rained so heavily and we couldn't do the ropeway or hikes, there was quite many things to do within the hotel - we were also given yukatas which was very special! we loved the Onsen, which had good swimming costume so that me and my husband can enjoy it together. The customer service was also really friendly, and gave us good recommendations of things to do nearby! The dinner was not worth it, so can skip!

Hotel charge me extra cost for 4 people even though just 2 person that used the onsen (due to tax policy hot spring.). They should be include in the room price. I Booked Japanese style room but they gave me western room. I didn’t know which that not organised well because this was not first time I booked hotel with Agoda and got different room, so disappointed. Staffs are polite and nice, onsen was good because you can used hotel önsen clothe and they prepare yukata to use.

Hotel is a bit old, as with most onsen hotels, but rooms are spacious (I chose the western with Japanese style living area). Enjoyed the outdoor onsen most, and even the indoor onsen is huge with a few pools. Breakfast time might be a bit chaotic during weekends/peak period with long queue, but the spread offered is great. Manageable walk to the Sounkyo bus terminal with luggage even though shuttle bus wasn’t available when I went in early May. 7 eleven is also a short 5 min walk away.
