Hip, rumpled, too cool for school sun hat
Wonderfully wide brimmed, funky, rumpled look, lightweight raffia hat that will provide lots of sun protection on the beach. It would be better if it had fasteners to keep it on in the wind. Also, it is a little tall in the head portion but all in all, it looks very hip.

The perfect summer hat !
I am not only chic, but protected in this hat. I added a colorful silk scarf around the crown to tighten up the fit just a bit.

Not the same hat!
I bought a second hat as my daughter "stole" my original hat. The second hat did not have the dome top as referenced in my review, but more of a square top and did not fit my head. I thought I was ordering the same hat, as my review was under the item - but it is not the same hat - it runs smaller with a totally different shape and look. I am very disappointed that I have to return it.

Great hat - not packaged well
Fun, large straw hat with inside wire edging lending support to edge of brim so it doesn't flop down in front of face as many "floppy hats" do. Great sun protection as covers well on top part of back and shoulders and chest. My daughter "stole" mine so I may have to order another one. Hat fits well on both my big head and my daughter's smaller head. BIG downside was the packing. Hat brim was folded and twisted and crown was not stuffed - so very wrinkled and had to straighten it out. Hat is excellent, but packing from Eileen was disappointing. Would otherwise give it five stars for those looking for a stylish and sun protecting hat.
