This bike is manufactured in Manning, SC, U.S.A. and is very sturdy.  The colors are very nice, and this bike should stand up to more expensive bikes. It is a single speed with a coaster brake. I live in southern California, and the bikes first ships to Georgia. Then, in my case, there were multiple stops along the way (LA, NM, TX, several places in CA before arrival). The bike arrived pretty much intact. The sprocket was a bit off and there was a tiny (virtually unnoticeable) dent on the back fender; however, I may have caused these things as I brought the box into my house. Otherwise, the bike was in perfect shipping shape. 
No tools are supplied. You will need sturdy scissors, a Phillips screwdriver, several sizes of Allen wrenches, a large crescent wrench. The instruction booklet applies to several bikes, so you have to pick out the applicable parts. There are no basket instructions. However, generally someone could figure out how to assemble the bike. I was able to assemble this bike myself. However, I did take it to my local bike shop for a final tightening all over, and the shop fixed the sprocket so that the bike chain runs super smooth. The bike shop charged $25, which I thought was super cheap for everything.  I also got a bicycle bell - color Seafoam - which works perfectly for the mint green bike. I also got bike panniers, very sturdy and fit perfectly on this bike. Everything worked out great for me. I am including several pictures. One picture has a close up of the included combination cup holder/smartphone holder - included with the bike. Instead of a smartphone, you could put your glasses in there or a small notebook.

The bicycle bell and panniers are NOT included, can also be ordered online at Walmart, and I have included pictures with them. (The review is only letting me load 2 pictures.)

Great Single Speed Bike for a Young Girl or Woman

Everyone is complaining about the instructions... we never looked at them. We had just put together 4 kids bikes in the previous weeks- so we looked at the pic and it made sense. 

The fabric for the basket is my only complaint. It appears to be removable and actually useable... but stretching it over the basket damaged it. Get it on, and leave it on.. dont fuss with it too much. 

Mine was shipped to door, put together at home.. no missing pieces, no damaged parts.

Dont read instructions, just look at picture

Please know that it comes in a box and they send a random guy from Angi's list to put it together. Our guy Brian took 4 hours to put my husband's bike together. Because he doesn't do this every day AND the bike came with the wrong instructions! Brian said he would come back to put mine together and it's been a week now. No Brian. And my bike is still in a box.

Bike-in-a-Box

Looks amazing. Quality isn't as expected. Opted ship to home to skip in store. But the frame had little scratches and front mudguard has dents which resulted in misalignment. Front wheel is in contact with mudguard making some noise. Would suggest to pick a completely fixed piece from store than shipping to home. Shipping might damage the product as mine.

Get it instore

Both front and back fenders were damaged, the front being the worst. It was an Easter gift for our daughter so she wanted it put together that day, sadly she seen the defective parts. There was no option for an exchange. Disappointed as we spent over $200. Our daughters 1st new big girl bike and it looks anything but new.

Came damaged

The entire shopping experience with Walmart for this bike was absolutely horrible. I will never shop at Walmart again. I cannot attest to the quality of the bike because we were not able to take it home with us. We ordered it online %26 paid extra to have it assembled. When my husband arrived at the store a few days before Christmas, the bike was completely rusted and had a flat tire. They refused to refund his money because it had been purchased on my account even though they had the order number %26 email i was sent. After several hours wasted on the phone we still don't have a full refund as we were promised. It has been a nightmare ever since trying to get a refund. Avoid walmart at all cost!

Horrible experience

The bike didn't come brand new look like someone had been playing on it to much in the store had chipped paint and other smudges on it also the pedals where already beginning to rust and the front basket had a stain on the pink material. Tires where also dirty so I Wasn't satisfied with my purchase. Didn't pay for them to assemble it but it came assembled which was awesome but come on now at least don't just give me a bike o could have bought in store off the shelf. I paid for a new bike still in the box not assembled for this reason.

HORRIBLE! WOULD GIVE THIS 0 STARS! Both the box AND bike were damaged. The box seemed like it had been kicked and was ripped as well. The basket was ripped and some bike parts were bent. Paint was scratched all over the place. Do not recommend getting it shipped. I had seen this same bike in store (wasn't available) and it was also scratched, do they all come in the same condition?? I just called to get a refund so we'll see how that goes. I only took a few pics since I put it back inside the box immediately.
