What is your Return Policy?
All made-to-order items are FINAL SALE, thus not eligible for return or exchange. Please reference Product ‘Details’ and/or visit our Made-to-Order collection to view which item(s) are considered MTO.
All other products (i.e. Brass / Gold Vermeil / Sterling Silver) that are unworn and in their original condition, can be returned for store credit or exchange within 14 calendar days of the delivery or pickup date. Refunds to the original payment method will not be permitted for any product.

Do you provide Gift Reciepts?
Unfortunately, we are not able to issue gift reciepts. Should the reciever wish to proceed with a return or exchange they can do so using the order number or name of purchaser.
Do you offer local pickup for online orders?
Yes! At checkout you can select local pickup from our Palm Beach Showroom - located at 313 1/2 Worth Avenue Unit A2. Orders placed will be available for pickup within 24 hours of purchase.
When will my order ship?
Orders ship within 1-3 business days of purchase unless a specific ship date is indicated on the product. Delivery times are provided solely as guidelines and are subject to change at any time. Orders placed during a launch will ship within 5 business days. Made to order items will ship within 4-6 weeks of placed order.

Domestic Shipping
All orders take 2-3 business days from when an order is placed to be fulfilled and packaged. Once you receive shipping details, that is when your selected shipping method will come into effect.
If you are placing an order within the USA, your order will deliver via FedEx Standard delivery within 4-5 business days from the ship date.
We offer FREE Standard delivery on all orders over $150 placed within the USA.
Should you wish to opt for Express Delivery, your order will deliver within 1-3 business days after the 2-3 day fulfillment period.

Once your order has shipped you will receive email confirmation as well as tracking details.
Please allow 24 hours from when shipment confirmation is received for your tracking information to update.
