LikedThe 3 bed room was very spacious for the three of us and our 8 luggages! We were able to keep all of our luggages open and still have room to walk around. The double showers were great too!

DislikedThe front desk staff were a bit rude and could have been nicer. We gave the front desk a call from our room as we needed assistance for them to help give our reservation a call at a restaurant and they just said we can't do that. We asked them again and they said you have to come downstairs, we asked if it was possible to provide them the number and information for them to call and they said, no that's impossible. It could have been the language barrier, but the delivery/tone of how they responded wasn't very nice.

The location is very accessible with 3 popular subway lines bringing us directly to Hongdae, Myeongdong, Ikseondong, Gyeongbokgung etc. Chungmuro station walking back at night a bit quiet along the alleys and old shops. But travel as a group is fine. The only thing in the bathroom to be improved is the shower head. Hope it is movable. Preferred to have standing shower instead of bath tub. Easier to access with young children or old folks. Appraise helpful hotel staff who helped to tape our box of snacks to check in for flight.

Within very short walking distance to 3 popular subway line station. Very near to Gwangjang market and easy accessible to Twosome cafe , 2 convenience stores round the corner. The only not so good is the walkway from Chungmuro station to the hotel because it is link to old alleys and shops. If going back too late will be a bit quiet but if you are walking in a group this is not an issue. The lanes are brightly lit. Though it is not far from Myeongdong but coming back at night for ladies, please take the subway instead of walking back through the alleys which housed some night eateries and bar. Overall our 7 nights of stay in the hotel is good.
