LikedBeds and pillows were so comfortable

LikedProximity. It's quite. Breakfast set up.

DislikedBit outdated. Needs revamping. Our first room had no exhaust fan in our bathroom making it steamy. Power point socket was for international plugs and the coffee machine wouldn't plug into it. It had to be moved across the other side of the room. And the previous guest wrapped the smoke alarm with plastic so they could smoke in the room. Cleaning staff never found it until I contacted them. The gorgeous receptionist Lara moved us to another room with no hassle. The 2nd room was better but still no exhaust fan and stepping up into a spa bath to have a shower is dangerous when stepping out. Im pretty nimble but im pretty sure an elderly person would hesitate in having a shower. And the bed wasnt all that good. Bit hard...And for the age of the building and the prices they charge they should provide FREE parking, at least... But they don't.

LikedClose to shopping centre and train station. It was spacious and clean.

LikedStaff were friendly and lobby was nice, room was comfortable and fit for our needs - we were visiting for an event. The pool looked lovely. Was handy having a mini fridge available to store snacks and drinks. Fairly close walk to the nearest train station.

DislikedSome furniture was a little wobby and could use some attention eg. cupboard door handles etc. The cost was pricey at the time, I believe due to a popular event being in town, so likely wouldn't pay the same price again if I went there any other time.
