Loved the location. Right in the water. Super spacious.
Because of the location if you have a car traffic is insane.
Great hotel, nice and clean, right near downtown
Getting into or out of the parking garage is a nightmare because of all the cyclists and pedestrians. The hotel is nice, but it is not so fancy to cost as much as it did.
Loved the high underground parking - very easy for big cars to fit in. And the personal assistance to park was very appreciated. Location is excellent!!!
For us, the beds were very hard and pillows too big - so not great sleeps. It's worth asking for a harbour view room as the street can be a bit noisy. No other services at the hotel (gym, pool, restaurant)... Just a room.

The location was wonderful. It’s close to everything in Victoria. We came in on a boat and it was easy to get to from the marina. The room was huge! The beds were very comfy and the place was spotless.
There’s no air conditioning. The room gets a little warm in the afternoon and you have to keep the windows open at night. The drawback is there’s a public park right below the room and drunk people were gathering and yelling and screaming for hours it seemed like.

The location is great. Walking the distance to everything we want to explore in the city.
False advertising. I booked the hotel because it has a banner ‘Breakfast Included’ but they don’t have any. Also, staff is not very good with attending to our request. When I checked-in I requested a late check-out at noon. The night before my departure I did personally stop by the front desk to confirm my request. The suite was very spacious and the location was great.
The lack of air conditioning and window screens was a negative. The seagulls were very noisy when windows were opened. We had great weather with sunshine and temperatures near 30 degrees. Yates street and the park next to the hotel did have numerous unhoused people.
