The engraving was horrible. Second time I bought from you and first engraved necklace broke, got it replaced and it broke again. Tried the bracelet. Just as bad
Wanted to get our mother a gift that was more personized. It was the perfect gift. Being that it is adjustable made it easy for her to put on and take off. The only downside was the packaging that it was sent in. Being that this item is personalized (engraved) I thought it would have come in a nice gift box. That was not the case it came in a ziplocked bag. However, since there was a store nearby, I took it in there and they boxed it up really pretty.
