Please note that we only offer exchanges on different sizes of the original style(s) purchased. To be eligible for an exchange, all items must have the tags on, be within 45 days of shipment, and not listed as final sale. There is

Returns
If for any reason you do not love your items you may return them within 45 days from the ship date. All items must be returned unworn, unwashed, undamaged and with original tags attached. Final sale items are ineligible for return or exchange. We provide a pre-paid shipping labels through our return portal. Please note that $5 will be deducted from the refund amount to cover the cost of return shipping. Please note: shipping costs, and additional promo codes will not be refunded.

I’m 5’10” but the medium was too large for me. After I contacted the seller, they quickly sent me a free shipping label with tracking number. Once I put it in the mail, they immediately shipped out the replacement. The jacket looks and feels great. The material and craftsmanship are good. Definitely, I would buy from the 32 again.
Really warm and good quality
It's a lovely jacket . Keeps me warm and the wind off my back. I've had more expensive jackets that were useless at times. This one is worth it
The overall experience with 32 degrees
I bought mor than 10 sets of interior warmers for me and my wife. Those are one of the most comfortable. We also previously bought 32 cool interiors. Those were also affordable and comfortable. The 25$ down jacket is more warmer, more comfortable looks nicer than 80 dollar namebrand down jacket of higher fill level. It is way too cozy not to love it from fall to spring.My wife also loves the longer down jacket. The only complain I have is that the color shown in the website was even better than the jacket that arrived home(-0.5). The parka I bought was too large for me. I tried to exchange the to medium. The jacket arrived late may be more than 2 weeks after I recived the notification that the larger one was received by 32 degrees (-1 point). It was all messed up all crumbled up like a thrown jacket (-1). It was difficult.. but I finally got the refund (+1) from 32 degrees and statement that "if you dont want it, please donate it" (+1). It was rellay warm at the end so 9.5 out of 10.
