The water temperature is inconsistent and the shower host is stiff, direction of water cannot be adjusted. Pillow is too flat .

I hope in future will be laundry service in hotel, and put a bigger refrigerator in room because it was too small
Exceptional in every way, staff incredibly attentive and try their best to help even with unusual requests (I urgently needed an orthodontist). Rooms are spotless with daily housekeeping. Location between 2 skytrain lines, a short walk from airport train and a metro line a little further down. Shops and restaurants all around. A singular bug made it into my room somehow (no big deal), and the sound proofing to the hallway isn't great, but since it's quiet most of the time that's rarely an issue.Read more
The concept of the hotel is wonderful and lively The location is very accessible. It is near malls like Centralworld and Big C and even Platinum Mall. Massage spa also are near the Hotel. Very convenient.

I really enjoyed the cleanliness of the property and the comfort of the rooms. The staff was incredibly friendly and attentive, which made my stay feel welcoming. The location was also convenient and quiet, allowing me to relax
My stay was pleasant overall, but I did feel that the lack of a pool and spa limited the options for relaxation. Adding these amenities in the future would make the experience even better
