Don't buy this product unless you are able to fix things
I use this product five days a week. I ordered it early in March and had it within a week. Took me a couple of hours to set up myself and that wasn't hard. When I set it up, I got an error immediately showing the screen couldn't detect the Base Serial Number. I called Support and they said it needed...

I had the original M6 Max Trainer for over five years before it wore out with 5 days a week usage. This new M9 is an absolute LEAP forward and does everything the M6 did and everything the M6 was missing. The media screen coupled with the NOT included JRNY app are a game changer for performance tracking, virtual coaching, and scenic workouts. Something I never knew I needed but have made my dedication to finishing each session unwaivered. I also love the flexibility of having different user profiles for different household members.
