Delivery instructions were complicated, so I was expecting it to be delivered somewhere else b/c it's not the place shown on Google maps. I am very pleased they followed my instructions exactly as stated and I was notified accurately as to when it shipped and when it was delivered. Excited to open!

i love my new bed. it took sone time to put ut together but we did it

While putting together the bed, I had to stop at one portion because the manufactures failed to drill all the necessary insert holes on one of the bed parts letters “B”. Because I had already thrown away the box it had came in I had to go to Home Depot and purchase insert nuts in order to finish the job.  This was a huge inconvenience but I needed this bed put together. The Mainstay instruction manual says to do not return the product at store, and for immediate help with assembly to call their one 800 number.  They are only available Monday through Friday from 9 AM to 5 PM Eastern time. Today is Saturday.  I said no to recommend because of this issue. Such and inconvenience. Don't even know what I'm about to try will work. I'm upset while writing this, took a break to express my frustration. Other than that. The color is nice.

The manufacturers messed up on the assembly line

This was hands down the worst product I've ever had to put together. I've not actually used it yet, but the assembly was a nightmare. Between missing hardware, absent pre-drilled holes, and things just not fitting together the way they should, I threw in the towel after 2 hours. 

Visually it looks nice, but I certainly worry about longevity.

Awful Assembly Experience

Wooden planks to support mattress are not fitting properly on the two left/right horizontal supports. 
When I reached out to support they are suggesting to disassemble everything for returns. I already wasted one day trying to assemble.
 Waste of my time and money.

Incompatible parts

The base is not strong and it's shaky. Just for 1 night of use , the bolts got bent and damaged

They didn't give me the right directions the directions were for a different bed so it was very difficult to put up they had letters they i didn't have but I was able to put it together using spare wood I had laying around I have never had this much issues building furniture the legs of the bed don't even touch the floor I would not recommend

The assembly was terrible

Please do not buy this…the assembly is complicated and will need to screw the wood planks in the frame which is additional tools you'll need. On top of it the planks don't have the central support which will bend your wood from middle at many places eventually sinking your mattress and will hurt your back. Stay away from the this bed frame

Not Sturdy, Cheap Materials, No Instructions

This bed has been a pain in my butt since it arrived. Not only did me and my partner struggled to assemble it because the instructions were only so so well written. We were missing a piece and now we've only had the bed about a month and the lake has snapped off of the right side pictures for proof. I will be working on a return to get my money back because this is actually ridiculous.

DO NOT PURCHASE

Save your money and time and DO NOT BUY this bed. The worst purchase I have ever made in Walmart. Assembly was a nightmare. I bought it for my 16 year old son and the bed creak every time he gets on it. I threw away the box, otherwise I would have return it.
