Instructions

For both products, read entire label prior to use and use as directed. Shake well before each use.

Complete coverage is key, especially in shaded areas.

To cover 5,000 sq ft, attach hose to ready-to-use sprayer. Turn on water.

Push the small white tab on the top of the sprayer over to the side and turn the dial to the ON position. Spray the perimeter of your home from ground level up several feet onto the siding to encourage bugs to go away from your house.

Continue into the yard and apply walking at a steady pace and using a sweeping motion with the sprayer. Work your way to the property or fence line. Spray trees from the base and up as high as possible.

Apply Wondercide every few days until control is established and desired results are achieved.

Apply every month or as needed to maintain results. With mosquitoes, more frequent applications may be necessary. Refill your ready-to-use sprayer with Wondercide Outdoor Pest Control concentrate by adding 8-10 oz of concentrate and 20-22 oz of warm water.

For mosquitoes: Clean gutters regularly. Change out standing water in bird baths and other areas frequently. Do not let water pool on tarps or furniture covers. Keep your grass and landscaping well manicured.

Year-round use, higher rates of concentrate, and more frequent application may enhance results.

Re-apply after heavy rain for added repellency.

While the U.S. recycling program has a long way to go, you can make a big difference. Learn what can be recycled in your area, and whether items need to be sorted. On plastic bottles, check the bottom for a number. 1-2 are widely accepted. 4-6 may be accepted. 3 and 7 are generally not recyclable.

How much do I need to buy?

Results vary based on sprayer type and sweeping motion/walking pace. Wondercide Ready-to-Use sprayers are designed to cover up to 5,000 sq feet. Apply Wondercide every few days until control is established and desired results are achieved. This may need to be repeated depending on pest pressure in your area. Then, apply every month or as needed. Spraying after heavy rains is recommended.

Coverage area per 8 oz concentrate in Wondercide’s ready-to-use spray bottle or 10 oz concentrate in another hose-end sprayer: To kill fleas and mosquitoes: treats 5,000 sq ft. To kill and repel ticks, and repel mosquitoes: treats 2,500 sq ft.

Wondercide concentrates will cover:
16 oz Concentrate treats up to 10,000 square feet (1/4 acre)
32 oz Concentrate treats up to 20,000 square feet (1/2 acre)
1 Gallon Concentrate treats up to 80,000 square feet (2 acres)
5 Gallon Concentrate treats up to 400,000 square feet (10 acres)

What time of day is best to apply?

Wondercide outdoor sprays are designed to be sprayed on your grass when temperatures are under 90 degrees whenever possible. If you spray in direct sunlight or when temperatures are higher, the application may cause a phytotoxic burn or browning of leaves or plants.

To avoid burning and, if possible, apply in the early morning or in the evening when plants and your lawn won't be in direct sunlight for extended periods.

Can I use Outdoor Pest Control inside my home or on pets or people?

Wondercide outdoor sprays were not formulated or tested for use inside the home or on pets or people, so you shouldn't use them in this way.

Is the yard spray safe for beneficial insects like bees or butterflies?

Wondercide is powered by cedarwood oil, which affects octopamine. Octopamine is essential to life for pheromone-driven pests like fleas and ticks. Unlike those pests, beneficial insects like bees and butterflies don’t rely on octopamine for their vital systems and are not affected by our sprays in the same way.

Any residue that remains after application will not harm them. We know this after using the sprays ourselves for over 15 years as well as feedback from thousands of our customers that bees are flourishing in yards protected by Wondercide.
