Q: Is that a personal laptop or I can not download any application or anything on it except through Microsoft

A: This does come with Windows 11 Home in S Mode which will prevent you from downloading third-party applications, but you can turn off S Mode. S Mode does help provide extra security for the unit and S Mode cannot be turned back on once turned off.

Q: In the specifications for this laptop it says "Windows 11 Home" and in the features it says "Windows 11 Home in S mode"--which is it?

A: It defaults in S mode. But you can download an app to remove the S mode, which I immediately did!

Q: Is it possible to upgrade the RAM on this machine?

A: You can easily upgrade the ram on your own. I just did. Took me 20 minutes. Watch YouTube. Don’t listen to those trying to milk every penny out of you.

Q: When I open the windows it shows that the processor speed is 1.7ghz but when I search for the processor speed on the internet it was 4.7ghz
