A: To go into clean mode, remove k-cup upper needle, fill 1 carafe of 1/3 vinegar 2/3 water, dump in tank. At the same time, hold down Carafe Size and Single Size buttons for five seconds. When clean light stays on, release buttons. Cleaning cycle will run. It will act different then a normal brew cycle, let it run until all lights are off. Flashing cleaning light will be off after Cleaning cycle completes. Fill tank with water, press Carafe button, let run normal cycle until all lights are off. Repeat.
A: I'm answering my own question because I figured it out. It doesn't say anything about this in the directions, but it's functions depend on the top door being closed. If the top door is opened it will NOT automatically turn off after 2 hours which, in my opinion, is a fire hazard. So now, when it is done brewing, I will take the coffee basket out to throw away the grounds and rinse it, close the top door, then lay the basket on top of the unit to dry. As long as the top door is closed, it should turn off after 2 hours whether or not the basket is installed in it. When brewing coffee using the Kcup adapter it blinks to let you know it completed brewing. You MUST press a button to turn off the blinking lights while the door is closed AND the Kcup adapter is in it. If the door is open, or if you take out the Kcup adapter and close the door, pressing a button will not turn off the blinking lights. So when it is done brewing and the lights are blinking, press the Kcup button first to turn off the lights, THEN you can take out the Kcup and rinse the adapter. I really hope this helps people because it really annoyed the heck out of me. To the people working at Bella, please update the directions and please update the machine so that it turns off automatically after 2 hours wether the top door is open or closed. Many people like to leave the door open to air dry. I'll leave this in a review as well so it hopefully reaches more people.
A: There is a tiny basket/cup that holds the coffee grounds. It should have been included. The coffee goes in that and that goes inside the regular k-cup spot. There are even tiny filters that you can buy to make the clean up easier.
Q: Where can I buy a replacement coffee pot for this machine? Mine broke
A: I called Customer care and they said you can look up for replacement carafes on the net. I lost mine while moving and now can’t guess which one would be a match after looking up some options on Amazon. I have attached a pic of one that looked like it could be a match. Since you still have the damaged one, can you plz confirm if this is the correct measurement. Thanks

A: I basically was told i was only going to receive a refund instead of a warranty exchange. I still have received a refund and this was done through bella corporate. Not a helpful company
Q: Can this machine brew a 6-oz coffee?
A: There is no button/setting for specifically brewing only 6oz but you can do so by just filling the reservoir with only 6oz of water, it will then brew only that much.
A: The light goes on once it’s pressed to start and the coffee. It stays on for two hours. I haven’t used the single cup yet so I don’t know the answer.
