A: I just email customer service for the same toaster oven I just received it yesterday. I've checked the manual and it says to unplug it after every use I have feeling a safety issue? I'll get back to you when I have an answer from the customer support. I have the same issue and I'm thinking I need to plug it into a surge protector so I can turn it off because I can't reach where I have it plugged in. Pretty inconvenient right now but I'll let you know when I get an answer from them.

A: Yes it gets very hot. We have to put it somewhere away from everything.

Q: will a 12" round pizza fit in it
A: Yes the pizza will fit and can easily but turned as needed during baking
A: To slightly amend my prior answer: there are devices that can function as an air fryer, convection oven, toaster, and microwave. With so many functions, it is, of course, much more expensive, but if you have limited counter space, it may be your only option.
A: Your problem is probably the weight, although it could also be the size. That is why it rotates fine with nothing on the rod. If the item is too heavy, the motor will not be strong enough to turn. If it is too large, the item will hit the sides, top, or bottom, and the increased resistance will prevent rotation. Try not to exceed the 4 lb. limit, or available size,
A: 1. If your toast is too light, increase the temperature or cooking time. 2. All models of ovens are different, even from the same manufacturer. It is perfectly normal to make adjustments in cooking time and/or temperature for any specific recipe.
