No warranty with this cookware set

I was shocked to find out that there is no warranty on this cookware. I have purchased other quality cookware in the past and it always came with a lifetime warranty; after purchasing this set I found that one of the pots was defective and when I tried to resolve the issue by making a warranty claim, I was informed by the folks at Macy’s that this cookware does not come with any warranty. Extremely disapointing! Buyer beware!

Poor service

I ordered the stainless set as shown in the order. I was told it was in stock. I should receive it in 7-15 days. I received a confirmation immediately. Within a few days a shipping notice and expected delivery in a few more days. I received the box as noted. It wasn’t what I ordered. It was a different set. When I called customer service, their records showed I was sent what I ordered. I informed them that it was not what I ordered. I asked to return the set they shipped to me and I wanted what I ordered. They noted there wasn’t anymore in stock and they had no idea when they would get more. The call center people were not helpful at all. I asked to speak to a supervisor and she told she couldn’t get one. I returned the set at the brea California store and asked for a full return. I ended up purchasing a better set with your competitor and they shipped it the next day and I received it the very next day. One of the ladies in the store when I ordered the set was short tempered and acted with an attitude of you can wait until I’m ready to take your order. The other lady that entered my order was helpful. Only two people servicing houseware is ridiculous. Overall it was a bad experience. I will shop elsewhere. Macys used to be a classy store with quality service and product. Now you are acting like a store going out of business.
